How does 5:30 sound for swimming (probably mostly boys? Hopefully not....) and socializing?
We could also start at 5 or 6 if some folks have a strong preference to get started earlier or later.....just let me know!
We will have a large pot of crawfish etoufee and rice for the grown ups (??? Sarah loves it as well...), and a big vat of Crystal Light lemonade will also be available. I suggest we do BYOB, but I will definitely have a starter supply of wine. Bill Hunter has offered to pull out the grill for hamburgers and hot dogs for those folks not too fond of seafood.
Here's a "Potluck Wish List" for those who can come.

Large Green salad (we may need 2 depending on how many come)
French bread, catsup, mustard, mayo

Water bottles--3 cases???& a couple of bags of ice

Stuff for S'Mores (choolate bars, graham crackers, and big marshmallows)
I would also like to send this out via email to our group but the last group mailing list I have is on my office email......if some kind volunteer could do that and send it to me at work as well as to betwilby@swbell.net I would be ever so grateful!

The Krausteads will be there, though Daniel will be about an hour later due to soccer out near Katy.

Doug won't be able to attend the party on Saturday since his band will be performing in S. Padre. Emily and I will be there. Please let us know what you would like us to bring. We love to bake and/or I would be happy to bring a side dish.
I am sorry to have to bow out to hosting the dinner in October, but Doug and I both thought that this was to be a "Parents of Teens" group not a "Parents and Teens" group. Frankly, we don't have anything other than a computer and t.v. available for entertainment - no pool, basketball hoop, ping pong, etc. and our house is really small. Could we meet at park in October and Doug and I will buy the majority of the food? Just a thought.
